Our goal is to operate apartment complexes in a manner that will benefit both the owner and the resident.  We restrict our efforts to the Chico area and focus on mid-sized properties. 

We make every effort to provide our residents with the most attractive rental community possible.  Our resident managers work closely with our maintenance department to ensure that all the residents' needs are responded to promptly and courteously.  Our goal is to have any maintenance issue resolved within 24 hours.  Our policies and house rules are designed to create a quiet, peaceful community.
